Orange Blossoms

Drink

We whipped these up not too long ago and I’ve been tardy in reporting about them. They’re inspired by a drink Emily had during our most recent stop at the Gramercy Tavern . They’re also partly inspired by our dear friend Molly McLaughlin, who introduced us to St. Germain elderflower liqueur earlier this fall.

Here’s the recipe:

Orange Blossom
1 part St. Germain elderflower liqueur
2 parts dry sparkiling wine or champagne
dashes Angostura bitters
garnish with orange peel

We served them in flutes but wineglasses would do the trick too.

Happy cocktailing!
